Don Valley Stadium is the UK's premier athletics venue and has a reputation for hosting and delivering high quality athletics events from schools championships through to international IAAF Grand Prix level.
As a result of this world-wide usage and exposure, the Stadium is now a venue of choice for international holding & training camps, previous visiting squads include the USA and British track & field athletes.
The outdoor athletics arena comprises a brand new IAAF certified 400m, 8 lane synthetic track with a 10-lane straight plus the full range of throws and jumps areas. Indoor there is an 85m track for warm up/wet weather training.
